Function summary

       Automatic dumbbell prototype is mainly used for non-metallic plastic pipe and plate materials to make standard splines of a kind of equipment。It has the characteristics of simple operation, fast and convenient, sample standard and stable size, especially suitable for pipe production enterprises, product quality supervision and inspection institute, building science research institute and other special equipment for the production of standard splines for the function and performance test of plastic materials。

        The machine adopts three-axis control working principle, and uses screw and stepper motor to drive the high-speed spindle motor with drilling and milling cutter head to cut the profile. Different samples only need to select the corresponding program, without replacing other molds;This machine can directly fix the pipe to the equipment for sampling, and can also sample on the plate。
